Customer Experience Representative – Full Time

About the role

As a member of the Customer Experience team at Scape Australia, you will be the welcoming face for students living in our accommodation. The role involves front‑of‑house duties, resident support and helping to create a vibrant community for over 20,000 residents across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and oversee daily front‑of‑house operations.
• Build genuine relationships with residents, respond to enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate lease, account and record keeping.
• Support the Student Experience team by organising events, activations and student programmes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet targets, solve challenges and ensure smooth operations.
