Customer Experience Expert

About the role

Join the Tweed Heads Service Centre as a Customer Experience Expert, the first point of contact for automotive glass customers. You will deliver warm, professional face‑to‑face service and support the Service Centre Manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face customer service, sell vehicle accessory products and greet visitors with a positive attitude.
• Manage phone, email and in‑person enquiries, update customers on repair lead times and schedule bookings.
• Conduct basic repair inspections, issue invoices, raise job authorities and resolve customer concerns.

Required profile

• Strong face‑to‑face customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional presentation, positive attitude and ability to problem‑solve in a busy environment.
• Full Australian work rights and a current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Administration experience supporting daily operations.
