About the role

Join Lorna Jane’s Brisbane headquarters as a Customer Care Coordinator, the primary point of contact between the brand and its community of women. You will handle inbound enquiries, resolve issues with empathy, and ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued.

Key responsibilities
