Customer Assistant - Scanning

About the role

A supermarket is looking for friendly, reliable people to join its team and serve customers across the store. The work is fast-paced but structured, with clear routines and timed activities that keep things running smoothly so customers get what they need, when they need it. Trainees are taught to support different parts of the store, making it a good fit for a team player ready to help wherever needed.

Required profile

• Helpful and friendly approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on
• Works well in a busy, structured environment
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Loves helping customers and resolving their queries
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require you to be over 18 for health and safety reasons
• Credit check required for Kiosk or Cash Office roles
