Crowd Controller & Static Guard

About the role

Join Infront as a Crowd Controller and Static Guard, working across iconic venues and events in Brisbane and South East Queensland. You’ll enjoy a varied schedule, moving between live music festivals, stadiums and static security posts at education, construction, maritime and transport sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide crowd control and safety management at high‑profile events such as Riverstage, CBUS Stadium and Fortitude Music Hall.
• Perform static guarding duties, protecting assets and maintaining order at diverse locations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency protocols.
• Communicate clearly with patrons, staff and emergency services.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Positive, customer‑friendly attitude.
• Class 1 Queensland Security Licence.
• Professional, reliable, and strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and able to perform duties.
• Own reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Class 1 QLD Security Licence – Crowd Control.
• First Aid Certificate.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate.
