Crossdock Coordinator - NSW Greenlife

About the role

Bunnings is looking for a Crossdock Coordinator to join its New South Wales Greenlife crossdock. The role consolidates multiple Greenlife supplier orders and optimises transport operations, working closely with suppliers, transport partners and internal stakeholders. It suits someone who wants to learn, grow and influence how deliveries are made.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport activities for Greenlife products so deliveries arrive safely and on time
• Build strong working relationships with suppliers, transport providers and 3PL partners to improve service and performance
• Support planning and scheduling to meet store delivery needs, especially during peak periods
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and help drive improvements in cost, service and compliance
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Stores, Merchandising and Finance
• Contribute to process improvements, update tools and refine reporting
• Promote a safety culture and Chain of Responsibility practices and ensure compliance across the network

Required profile

• Experience in the greenlife or transport industry, ideally in crossdock operations or a similar distribution environment
• Experience leading a small team or operational function as a Team Manager or Team Leader
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Good understanding of compliance and safety requirements in transport operations, including CoR principles
• Age 15 or over; background checks may be required after an offer
