About the role

The CRM & Digital Marketing Coordinator will drive customer engagement and marketing performance by managing HubSpot CRM and executing digital campaigns. You will work closely with marketing and brand teams to create personalized customer journeys for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM, including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring and automation.
  • Design, launch and monitor email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automated nurture journeys.
  • Create and maintain landing pages, lead magnets, forms and other conversion‑focused digital assets.
  • Analyse campaign performance, lead generation metrics and ROI using reporting dashboards.
  • Support website updates, blog publishing and ongoing digital content management.
  • Ensure consistent brand alignment across all digital and CRM touchpoints.

Required profile

  • Proven experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong background in digital marketing execution, especially email marketing and customer journey design.
  • Ability to build and optimise landing pages, forms and conversion assets.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and interpreting data.
  • Excellent communication and content skills, with attention to brand tone.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C audiences is a plus.
