About the role
Join the vibrant GYG team in Glandore as a Crew Member, delivering fast‑casual Mexican food and exceptional service. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure customers enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt service to customers at the front of house.
- Prepare menu items according to GYG recipes and quality standards.
- Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) and EFTPOS systems accurately.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Handle cash, card payments, and loyalty cards while adhering to Australian currency procedures.
Required profile
- Advanced English communication skills (if non‑native).
- RSA certificate.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Outgoing, approachable personality with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and strong teamwork orientation.
