About the role

Join the vibrant team at Guzman y Gomez as a Crew Member. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, helping deliver a fresh, Mexican‑inspired fast‑food experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers and take orders efficiently.
Prepare and roll burritos, perform basic food prep and restock fridges.
Maintain a clean dining area by wiping tables and ensuring hygiene standards.
Support teammates by learning and covering other roles as needed.

Required profile

Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to be coached and learn.
Reliability and a “can‑do” mindset.
Availability to work early mornings or late evenings.
Experience in hospitality or fast‑paced environments is a plus but not mandatory.
