Join the vibrant team at Guzman Y Gomez, a leading fast‑casual Mexican restaurant, as a Crew Member. You will help deliver a memorable dining experience by providing friendly service and preparing high‑quality menu items in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Prepare menu items following GYG’s standard recipes and procedures.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) and EFTPOS systems accurately.
• Handle cash, card payments, and loyalty cards in accordance with Australian currency standards.
• Keep the work station clean, tidy, and organized at all times.

Required profile

• Advanced English communication skills.
• RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high‑speed environment.
• Outgoing, approachable personality with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Team‑oriented with good communication abilities.

Required skills
