Creative FF&E Interior Designer (Junior & Intermediate)

About the role

We are looking for creative FF&E interior designers to join our Gold Coast studio. The role involves managing the full FF&E lifecycle for high‑end residential projects, from concept through to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and material palettes aligned with client vision.
• Source and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment and finishes.
• Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications and client presentation decks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and installers to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee on‑site installation and resolve any fit‑out issues.
• Maintain project documentation and commercial budgets.

Required profile

• Junior (1‑3 years) or intermediate (4‑7 years) experience in luxury residential interiors.
• Strong design sensibility, material awareness and attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple packages.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (beneficial).
