Crane Operator / Rigger – 2:1 Roster, Iron Ore Project

About the role

Pearl Recruitment is recruiting Crane Operators / Riggers for an ongoing 2:1 roster on the Sino Iron Ore project, with one of Australia's leading construction and maintenance clients. The roster alternates between 1 week of 11.5-hour days and 1 week of 11.5-hour nights, starting as soon as possible or from 28 September.

Key responsibilities

• Project works including construction and industrial works
• A mixed 50:50 position involving both operating and mechanical rigging

Required profile

• Current and valid Australian driver's licence (HR minimum)
• Working at heights and confined spaces certificate (within 2 years)
• Construction white card
• High risk work licence (RA, CN, C1, LF) and EWP licence, essential
• National police clearance within 12 months
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
• Clean-shaven site; mask fit essential
• At least 12 months of construction or industrial experience in a similar role in Australia
