Crane Operator – Heavy Infrastructure Projects

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join the Alkimos Desalination Plant project in Perth. You will operate mobile or tower cranes to lift and place materials safely across a busy, multi‑trade construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate mobile or tower cranes according to lift plans and load charts.
• Coordinate lifts with riggers, dogmen, and site supervisors to ensure smooth sequencing.
• Inspect the crane before and after each shift for safety compliance.
• Maintain clear communication on rigging and load handling.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and site regulations.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted High Risk Work Licence (CN, C2 or C6).
• Strong understanding of lift plans, load charts and rigging communication.
• Demonstrated safety‑first attitude.
• Experience on large infrastructure or industrial projects.
