CPAP Therapy Consultant

About the role

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia, a supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services, is looking for an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant for its Meadowbrook clinic. The role is a 12-month fixed-term position focused on improving customer care and managing sleep apnea treatments, working closely with physicians to create tailored treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients with sleep-disordered breathing
• Guide patients on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
• Arrange follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and support existing ones
• Educate patients and families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures and treatment options
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
• Promote and upsell the product range and services
• Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, healthcare or sales is highly regarded
• Good communication skills and experience with customer service across all stages of interaction
• Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Full Australian working rights
