About the role
FedEx is hiring a bulk courier responsible for the safe, accurate and timely collection and delivery of packages. The role centres on verifying and scanning package contents to confirm order accuracy, while providing excellent customer service and keeping packages secure.
Key responsibilities
- Safely collect and deliver packages along designated routes, following strict time schedules
- Verify and scan package contents at pick-up and delivery to confirm order accuracy
- Pack packages securely and provide exceptional customer service
- Report delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required profile
- Secondary education or equivalent
- At least one year of professional driving experience
- Preferred: knowledge of AU license classifications AUK012 and AUK013, and a minimum C Class (car) or MR truck licence
