Corporate Tax Advisor / Senior Advisor

About the role

ESV is expanding its Corporate & International Tax practice and seeks a motivated Advisor or Senior Advisor to join a high‑performing team. You will work on tax structuring, due diligence, transaction implementation and compliance for a diverse client base, receiving mentorship from senior managers with Big‑4 experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax consulting on corporate and international tax matters.
• Review tax provisions and perform deferred tax calculations.
• Prepare detailed memorandums of advice and support tax controversy matters.
• Assist with tax due‑diligence and transaction implementation projects.
• Deliver tax compliance services and ensure timely filing for clients.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in a professional tax practice.
• Ability to manage complex client groups and projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, capable of working autonomously.
• CA qualified or part‑CA qualified.
