Corporate Store Manager – Carrara

About the role

We are looking for two passionate, customer‑obsessed leaders to manage our Carrara North and Carrara South stores. You will run the store as if it were your own business, delivering excellent service and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Delight customers with high service and store standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop the store team.
• Maintain a safe, positive store environment.
• Drive store success through KPIs, targets and financial performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness, presentation and operational standards.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to seek feedback and act on learnings.
• Resilience and a positive attitude.
• Passion for self‑motivation and team motivation.

Required skills

• Full‑time work rights in Australia.
