Corporate Communications Lead – Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Corporate Communications Lead to shape internal storytelling and stakeholder engagement for more than 6,500 employees and partners across Australia. Based in Sydney, you will work at the intersection of people, culture, and corporate strategy, partnering with senior leaders to drive meaningful connections.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of communications, reactive corporate communications and issues management for the People & Culture portfolio and Enabling Functions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs leaders to design and deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior internal stakeholders, including the Management Leadership Team and Governance Board.
• Develop and apply metrics to assess communication effectiveness and continuously improve output.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or internal communications within a high‑profile, dynamic organisation.
• Strategic thinker with strong project‑management capabilities and a results‑oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
