About the role

Anglicare WA's Family Law Services offers programs that help separated parents and their children come to terms with a changed family situation, strengthening family relationships and spanning property mediation. The Coordinator Family Law Services leads the Mandurah team, delivering person-centred, high-quality support for families navigating separation. It is a full-time permanent position (1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours per week) based in Mandurah.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Mandurah Family Law Services team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Manage staff and referrals and coordinate services.
• Handle a small complex caseload.
• Champion best practice and child-safe, inclusive care through collaboration and communication.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or another relevant human services discipline, with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Postgraduate qualification in Family Dispute Resolution.
• Eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional association.
• Demonstrated leadership and program management experience in the family law services sector.
• Demonstrated experience in supervision and case management.
• Knowledge of current theory and practice in family law services and family dispute resolution regulations, and of family and domestic violence and child abuse/neglect issues.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation on family dispute resolution, child protection, VROs and family and domestic violence.
• Current National Police Clearance (valid within one year), a WA Working with Children Check and a WA driver's licence.

What we offer

• Starting salary of $123,123 per year plus 12% superannuation.
