Coolroom Operator – 12hr Shifts, Competitive Pay

About the role

Join the Lenah Valley dairy site of Bega Group as a Coolroom Operator. You will work 12‑hour day shifts on a rotating roster that gives you every second week off, handling refrigerated trailer loads, inventory control and supporting a safe, efficient production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload refrigerated trailers safely.
• Perform warehousing, coolroom, goods receival, stocktaking and cleaning tasks.
• Collect finished products from production lines and store them accurately.
• Liaise with truck, LRT and site teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve operational issues.
• Promote safety by identifying hazards and championing a positive safety culture.
• Maintain stock rotation, 5S standards and organized work areas.

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing or warehousing logistics.
• Current LF Forklift Licence with proven safe operation.
• Proactive problem‑solver who seeks continuous improvement.
• Positive attitude and ability to build strong team relationships.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to team success.
