About the role

We are looking for a passionate Cook or Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Western Australia. You will play a pivotal part in creating memorable dining experiences that excite and delight our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes that wow our guests.
• Maintain consistent standards of well‑presented dishes that align with ALH standards.
• Contribute positively to a culture centred around safety, hygiene and guest experience.

Required profile

• Experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen and relevant trade cooking qualifications.
• Strong organisation and communication skills to achieve the best outcomes for guests and the team.
• Ability to perform manual handling and lifting tasks safely.

Required skills

• Hands‑on cooking and food preparation.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in a kitchen environment.
