Contracts Compliance Analyst – MedTech

About the role

The Contracts Compliance Analyst will ensure commercial compliance of all J&J MedTech ANZ contracts, driving financial performance and supporting smooth operation of contract tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer contract compliance, identify revenue recovery opportunities, and oversee rebate processes.
• Produce accurate customer reports, collaborate cross‑functionally to gather and validate performance data.
• Maintain contract repositories and reporting tools, improve process efficiency and standardisation.
• Act as backup for pricing and contract administration, maintain ERP pricing conditions, and support training, audit and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management and proven collaboration across functions.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Alteryx or comparable workflow automation tools.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
