Contractor Engagement Consultant

About the role

NES Fircroft is seeking a Contractor Engagement Consultant to deliver an exceptional experience for contractors, clients and internal recruitment teams. You will ensure smooth onboarding, compliance and ongoing support throughout each assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractor onboarding, compliance, mobilisation and assignment documentation to ensure readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor and client queries throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate contractor records across internal systems and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to guarantee a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants, business development managers, payroll, finance and operations teams.

Required profile

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to build relationships at all levels.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in recruitment operations, contractor care, workforce management, administration or customer service.
