Contract Performance Manager - Turbine Services

About the role

GE Vernova is looking for a Contract Performance Manager for its Turbine Services business in North Sydney. The role champions the delivery of high-quality service for gas turbine customers and acts as the main link between internal technical expertise and customer success. It involves influencing cross-functional teams, ensuring safe and reliable service delivery and shaping the strategy for long-term reliability in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the performance of Long-Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts so they deliver value aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Field Service, Logistics and EHS) to deliver safe, effective and timely outage execution.
• Manage the customer relationship and communication strategy, proactively identifying GE Vernova products and services that add value.
• Help resolve emergent and forced outage matters, managing technical, commercial and contractual risks.
• Oversee project deliverables, contract administration and financial performance against agreed KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in contract management, project coordination or service delivery.
• Experience in power generation, turbine services or industrial asset operations.
• Proven ability to build consensus and influence in matrixed, fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia.

Required skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse complex data and solve problems in a team.
• An interest in how AI tools or new technologies can improve efficiency is highly regarded.
