Contract and Relationship Lead

About the role

Skillinvest is seeking a proactive Contract and Relationship Lead to drive new business partnerships and strengthen existing employer relationships across target industries. This role will champion the Group Training model, helping to expand apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities throughout Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business partnerships with employers, industry associations and key stakeholders.
• Promote and sell Skillinvest’s Group Training model to increase apprenticeship and traineeship placements.
• Contribute to strategic planning, revenue growth initiatives and their implementation.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
• Research market trends to uncover growth opportunities and inform business development strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, partnership building and sales conversion.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and customer service leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse market data and identify new opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Marketing, HR, Business Management) are desirable.
• Current Australian work rights, valid driver’s licence, Working with Children Check and Australian Federal Police Check.
