Continuous Improvement Coordinator

About the role

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Mars, you will act as a strategic catalyst driving loss elimination and supply excellence across the site. You will coach teams, lead advanced problem‑solving initiatives and manage critical improvement budgets to optimise operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the continuous improvement (CI) process and budget, prioritising activities and investments.
• Identify, lead and deliver Focused Improvement (FI) projects from concept to completion.
• Analyse performance data to eliminate chronic issues and stabilise production processes.
• Drive consistent SOP implementation and manage the CI CAB budget, executing minor capital projects.
• Coach and support autonomous work teams (AWT) to enhance shop‑floor agility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Project Management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
