About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of regulatory content covering property, construction, infrastructure and environmental law.
• Interpret and simplify legislation, standards and policy updates into practical guidance.
• Monitor legislative changes, emerging regulatory trends and industry developments.
• Engage with customers, regulators and subject‑matter experts to refine and enrich content.
• Lead content projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with product, sales and marketing teams.
• Represent the business at webinars, industry forums and events.

Required profile

• Law degree (essential) with strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Proven capacity to convey complex legal concepts to non‑legal audiences.
• Interest or experience in property, construction, infrastructure, environmental compliance or related regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Highly organised with solid project‑management capabilities.
