Content Developer – Property, Construction & Infrastructure (Legal/Regulatory)

About the role

You will own and evolve regulatory content for the Property, Construction and Infrastructure sector, ensuring it is accurate, practical and accessible to both legal and non‑legal audiences. The role sits at the intersection of legal research, content design and direct customer engagement, allowing you to shape industry‑leading guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve a portfolio of regulatory content across Property, Construction, Infrastructure & Environment.
• Translate complex legislation into clear, actionable guidance for customers.
• Monitor legislative changes, regulatory developments and industry trends.
• Engage with customers, regulators and subject‑matter experts to refine content.
• Lead content projects from concept through delivery.
• Support product, sales and marketing teams with insights and expertise.
• Represent the business at events, webinars and industry forums.

Required profile

• Law degree (essential) and/or legal background.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for non‑legal audiences.
• Interest or experience in Property, Construction, Infrastructure & Environment compliance.
• Experience in Commercial Leasing, Environment or Facilities Management is a plus.
• Confident communicator comfortable presenting ideas to clients.
• Highly organised with strong project‑management skills.
• Proactive, curious mindset with genuine interest in the Education sector.
