Consultant / Senior Consultant – Digital & AI

About the role

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in Digital & AI you will shape and govern complex transformation programmes for well‑known clients, turning ambition into measurable results. You will work alongside experienced strategists, architects and change leaders on high‑impact problems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, understand needs and develop long‑term solutions.
• Support technology and digital advice, focusing on AI strategy, use‑case identification and adoption planning.
• Analyse current‑state workflows, identify opportunities for analytics, RPA or AI, and design future‑state processes.
• Develop pilot‑ready AI use cases with clear scope, success measures and responsible AI considerations.
• Partner with clients to build prototypes, MVPs and pilot solutions, providing senior technical credibility.

Required profile

• 2–7 years of technology or management consulting experience.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies with practical business application skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder facilitation abilities.
• Experience in business/digital transformation, process improvement or service design.

Required skills

• AI technologies (including generative AI).
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Analytics and data‑driven decision support.
