About the role

Join Plantation Homes, a leading Australian home builder, as a Construction Supervisor overseeing multiple new‑home builds in South Queensland. You will coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure safe, high‑quality delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise several residential construction sites simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prioritise and schedule work using dedicated software to meet delivery targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for seamless operations.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of well‑being on all sites.
• Utilise cutting‑edge construction scheduling software for project management.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising multiple new‑home builds.
• Solid trade background, preferably in carpentry.
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction.
• Queensland Site Supervisor’s licence.
• Current, clean driver’s licence.
• Commitment to safety and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Construction scheduling software proficiency.
