Construction Supervisor (Night Shift)

About the role

ConnectSydney is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead night‑shift (9 pm‑5 am) road restoration works on the Transport for NSW network. The role involves managing subcontractor and internal teams, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while operating a fully maintained tool‑of‑trade vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractor resources delivering rigid/flexible pavement road restoration projects.
• Ensure work is completed within agreed timeframes, to specification, and manage community relations on site.
• Implement the HSEQ system to minimise risks and maintain high safety standards.
• Verify works and submit quality documentation to confirm compliance with specifications.
• Work night shifts (9 pm‑5 am) and utilise a company‑provided vehicle for business use.

Required profile

• Knowledge of TfNSW road pavements specifications (essential).
• Experience in the roads infrastructure industry.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors on civil construction sites.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Current driver’s licence and a valid White Card.
