Construction Site Supervisor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Georgiou, now part of STRABAG, is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join its Infrastructure team. You will lead on‑site activities, coordinating people, plant and materials to safely deliver high‑quality civil construction works across bulk earthworks, road upgrades, service realignments and civil finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and crew activities to meet programme and safety targets.
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labour and material deliveries to maximise site efficiency.
• Manage plant and resources across multiple work fronts.
• Enforce HSEQ policies and promote a zero‑harm culture.
• Track performance, drive productivity improvements and report progress.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years site supervision experience in infrastructure, subdivision or greenfield development projects.
• Proven ability to monitor work sections and coordinate resources to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.
• Demonstrated leadership of large work crews and strong safety record.
• Competence in planning projects and recording progress.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT tools for project planning and reporting.
