Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead the delivery of metro‑based and campus construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive data‑based decisions and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor approved project budgets, manage expenditure requests, change orders and pay applications.
• Partner with internal Cloud Operations, Commercial Software Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities to implement cost‑saving processes.
• Attend and advise on owner, architect and contractor meetings, promoting a safety‑first mindset.
• Facilitate timely delivery of new construction and retrofit projects, coordinating scope, schedule and cost.
• Identify cost‑effective solutions, influence strategy and manage change with clients, sponsors and vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably in metro or campus environments.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial controls and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
