Construction Manager – Major Marine Infrastructure Project

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of key work packages on the Lumsden Point marine and civil infrastructure project in Perth. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing construction activities to ensure safe, high-quality and on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction engineering activities across assigned scopes.
• Develop and implement construction methodologies, delivery strategies and detailed project plans.
• Oversee project schedules, cost control and cash‑flow to achieve successful delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks throughout design and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, quality and sustainability requirements.
• Manage procurement, contracts and subcontractor performance.
• Drive innovation, value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders including clients, consultants and delivery partners.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and alignment with project objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering major civil or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale construction sites in complex environments.
