Conference and Events Coordinator

About the role

As the Conference & Events Coordinator at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas, you will be responsible for delivering seamless, high‑quality events for guests and corporate clients. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to translate event concepts into flawless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all event inquiries, convert them into confirmed bookings and create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define event goals, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate logistics, including equipment, contractors, resources and personnel.
• Proactively resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure perfection.
• Maintain a polished, professional image as a representative of the resort.
• Provide flexible support to Food & Beverage and Front Office teams during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar events coordination role within hospitality.
• Creative mindset for designing unique event experiences.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers, vendors and clients.
• Strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Impeccable attention to detail and excellent time‑management abilities.
• Flexible availability for shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
