Concierge - Salesforce Tower, Sydney

About the role

JLL is hiring a Concierge for the Salesforce Tower at 180 George Street, Sydney's Circular Quay precinct. As the primary face of the tower, you will deliver five-star service to tenants, visitors and stakeholders and act as the building ambassador, working closely with the onsite building management team on the Lendlease account.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome tenants, visitors, service providers and clients warmly and professionally
• Handle incoming queries in person, by phone and by email with courtesy and efficiency
• Manage visitor access and administer passes according to tenant protocols
• Maintain lobby presentation standards and report building maintenance or cleaning issues
• Provide concierge services such as dry-cleaning coordination, umbrella service and meet-and-greet support
• Support the Customer Relationship Manager with lobby activations, community engagement and WorkLife events
• Collaborate with cleaning, security and building management teams
• Follow EHS policies and assist with emergency procedures when required

Required profile

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a corporate concierge or five-star hotel setting
• Outstanding presentation, strong work ethic and professional, welcoming manner
• Proactive attitude, good communication skills and ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to adapt to changing start and finish times
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• First Aid Certificate, Floor Fire Warden certification, hospitality/business qualifications or multilingual capability (highly regarded)

Required skills

• Practical proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn new software platforms
