Concierge - Client Suites & Lobby

About the role

JLL is hiring a Concierge for its Sydney office, covering two areas: the Client Suites Concierge, who delivers a premium, tailored experience in client meeting spaces, and the Lobby Concierge, who welcomes visitors and employees at the client's corporate offices. The role is client-facing and focuses on a warm, professional and hospitality-focused workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Walk the floors regularly, using all senses to spot opportunities and fix issues early
• Follow up with staff or guests after resolving issues and look for ways to over-deliver
• Coordinate with client teams to prepare for meetings so all resources are ready
• Keep client suites clean, organised and consistent with the brand
• Help with technology and presentation equipment in meeting rooms
• Arrange and oversee catering services
• Be the main contact for client queries and wayfinding, and manage visitor bookings in the guest management system
• Issue and reconcile temporary passes for guests and employees, liaising with security and facilities management
• Direct deliveries and manage their storage
• Welcome media and distinguished guests and manage orderly movement of people at turnstiles during peak periods
• Work with facilities management on maintenance and safety issues and uphold service standards

Required profile

• Customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in a corporate environment, with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, anticipatory approach in a fast-paced setting and discretion with confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication; a secondary language is desirable
• Positive, can-do attitude and natural rapport-building

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with meeting room management systems
