Community & Supply Programs Associate

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of program execution and host engagement for Turo’s Australian marketplace. You will own community initiatives, run events, and help hosts succeed while leveraging AI and automation tools to improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate Turo’s host community presence online, managing discussions, content cadence, and engagement across Australia.
• Run regular host engagement events on Zoom and organise the annual community event calendar.
• Manage relationships with high‑potential hosts, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor host quality signals (ratings, cancellation rates, guest feedback) and use data to raise performance standards.
• Identify inefficient host‑engagement processes and build automations or workflows to address them.
• Gather qualitative feedback from hosts, synthesize it with quantitative data, and share actionable insights with cross‑functional partners.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to ensure clear product rollouts for hosts and partner with Australia Marketing on local initiatives.
• Execute assigned workstreams, manage tasks and timelines in Asana, and keep project documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas with warmth and clarity.
• Comfortable facilitating Zoom sessions, holding conversations with large host groups, and running structured programs.
• Proactive use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and no‑code automation platforms (Zapier, Make) to streamline repetitive work.
• Portfolio of automations, side projects, or AI‑assisted workflows.
• Ability to interpret dashboards and standard reports to guide prioritisation.
• Organised, dependable, and detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through across multiple workstreams.
