Community Manager – Sydney Hub

About the role
We are expanding our business and need a Community Manager for one of our Sydney hubs. You will shape a unique, tailored experience for members, fostering a collaborative, educational, and engaging environment that supports their objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with members, understand their goals and align services accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing to create social media content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and curate updates for the weekly newsletter.
- Support events planning, identify topics of interest and promote attendance.
- Assist the Business Development Manager with sales tours and lead conversion.
- Partner with Operations on space management, inventory, onboarding, and emergency response.
- Work with the sales team to generate, engage and convert leads, conduct customized space tours, and prepare membership agreements.
- Forecast membership changes, occupancy levels and provide reporting.
