About the role
As a Community Manager for Stockland Halcyon, you will be the primary ambassador for vibrant over‑50s lifestyle communities in South‑East Melbourne. You will work directly with homeowners, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly, safely and within budget while fostering a sense of connection and belonging.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily community operations, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and Stockland standards.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with homeowners, acting as their main point of contact.
- Coordinate community activities, facilities, and events that promote engagement and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with maintenance officers, contractors and service providers to meet landscaping, maintenance and operational needs.
- Manage community administration, reporting and governance, delivering accurate and timely information.
- Identify and resolve community issues early, maintaining impartiality and confidentiality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance homeowner experience.
