Community Dietitian - Melbourne

About the role

Alpha Allied Health is recruiting a Dietitian for its Melbourne team on a community contract. The role is community-based, with flexible hours and caseload, and offers future growth into residential aged care and private settings. You will provide dietetics services to clients in their homes to improve their independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessments, reports and therapy to community clients
• Maintain thorough client-related documentation
• Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals and referring partners
• Manage client and family feedback and take corrective action so services stay responsive to client needs

Required profile

• Tertiary dietetics qualification and current registration
• Full working rights in Australia
• Demonstrated skills and experience, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• Current ABN
• Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
