Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Prepare meals
• Supervise medication
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Transport and provide social support

Required profile

• Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care / Individual Support and paid experience
• At least 6 months of paid experience supporting people living with a disability
• Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and a vehicle for work use

• Ability to meet the needs and choices of clients
