About the role
We are representing a national law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Sydney team. The role offers exposure to high‑quality commercial litigation and disputes matters, meaningful client contact and hands‑on responsibility, within a collaborative and well‑regarded environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation and disputes matters.
- Manage cases under appropriate supervision.
- Draft pleadings, conduct legal research and provide analytical support.
Required profile
- 2–5 years post‑admission experience in commercial litigation or disputes.
- Australian admission and a current practising certificate.
- Strong drafting, research and analytical abilities.
- Commercial mindset with a strong client‑service approach.
- Excellent communication skills and professional judgment.
