Commercial & Contracts Professionals – Defence Projects

About the role

We are seeking Commercial and Contracts Professionals to support a range of maritime defence programmes. The positions involve acquisition and sustainment activities, working with ASDEFCON contracts to deliver the latest defence technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support procurement and commercial documentation, including ASDEFCON contract administration.
• Prepare contract artefacts for new agreements, renewals or extensions and review existing contracts for fitness‑for‑purpose.
• Propose changes to improve commercial outcomes and develop commercial road‑maps and procurement strategies.
• Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations to provide commercial advice.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship with an active NV1 security clearance.
• Experience in defence environments and familiarity with ASDEFCON contracts.

Required skills

• Commercial documentation and contract administration.
• Procurement strategy development.
