Commercial Business Partner

About the role

The Commercial Business Partner will support Cleanaway’s Industrial Services Strategic Business Unit by delivering commercial insight, financial analysis and governance to help achieve revenue and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial support and decision‑making insight to the SBU and Regional Management teams.
• Prepare timely and accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting and outlook updates.
• Develop pricing strategies, financial models and tender documentation for new business opportunities.
• Assist in monthly results delivery, month‑end activities and performance reporting.
• Design, implement and oversee financial and operational control processes.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification with at least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial finance role.
• Proven ability to increase profitability in a complex, multi‑site business.
• Strong experience in commercial tendering and price modelling.
• Demonstrated skill in developing and monitoring budgets across a diverse operation.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
