Commercial Analyst – Pricing & Financial Modelling

About the role

Arc Infrastructure is seeking a Commercial Analyst to shape pricing strategy and improve operational performance across its rail customer portfolio. Based at Perth Airport, you will work closely with commercial and customer teams to deliver accurate financial insights that support the growth of Western Australia’s rail network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and review financial models to ensure they are current and ready for use.
• Prepare revenue budgets and operational forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
• Assist in the preparation and review of track‑access pricing schedules for commercial contracts.
• Provide commercial analysis and data‑driven insights to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct desktop research and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Critically evaluate modelling inputs, methodology and reporting produced by peers.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial and contract management.
• Degree in law or commerce preferred, but not essential.
