Commercial Analyst

About the role

Arc Infrastructure is seeking a Commercial Analyst to shape pricing strategy and support operational performance across its rail customer portfolio. Based at Perth Airport, you will work closely with commercial and customer teams to deliver accurate financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial models, ensuring they are ready for continuous use.
• Develop revenue budgets and operational forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing track access pricing and pricing schedules for commercial contracts.
• Provide commercial analysis and data‑driven information to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct desktop research and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Critically review modelling inputs, methodology, and reporting activities performed by peers.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial and contract management.
• Degree in law or commerce preferred, though not essential.
