About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Researcher to work remotely as an AI Trainer. You will help shape the performance of AI chatbots by providing complex biology tasks, evaluating their outputs, and guiding improvements.

Key responsibilities

Design and assign diverse biology‑related tasks to AI chatbots.
Measure progress, assess logic, and evaluate correctness of model outputs.
Identify performance gaps and propose solutions to enhance model quality.
Document findings and communicate results to the development team.

Required profile

Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with a strong grasp of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not mandatory.
