Clinical Pharmacologist – Evaluate Phase 1 Monoclonal Antibody Data

About the role

Vial, an in‑silico drug discovery biotech, is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacologist or Pharmacist to join its Safety Review Committee. The position focuses on evaluating Phase 1 pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) data from monoclonal antibody programs to guide strategic clinical development decisions across a portfolio of biologic and genetic therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Phase 1 PK/PD readouts for monoclonal antibodies and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Present scientific assessments to the Safety Review Committee and support decision‑making on safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with clinical operations teams to align data interpretation with trial design and execution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory expectations for biologics in Australia.

Required profile

• Prior experience in clinical development, preferably involving monoclonal antibodies.
• Strong background in clinical pharmacology or pharmacy with a focus on biologic therapeutics.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Australian clinicians and understand local regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and scientific communication skills.
