Clinical Nurse - Mental Health Case Management

About the role

MARS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse for a contract placement in Central Queensland, supporting adults through community mental health assessment and case management. The role is advertised as full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide adult community mental health assessment and nursing care
• Coordinate case management and follow-up relevant to the service
• Liaise with consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary team

Required profile

• Adult and community mental health experience, with skills relevant to case management
• Current AHPRA registration and Australian work rights, with required placement compliance
• Strong communication, clinical assessment and teamwork skills

What we offer

• $73 per hour for ordinary rostered hours, rising to $246 per hour on eligible shifts or overtime
• Higher pay for weekday afternoons, weeknights, weekends and public holidays, plus applicable penalties

• On-call allowances and eligible overtime meal, laundry and broken shift allowances
• Referral and contract completion bonuses, and a qualification allowance of +3.5% where applicable
• Compliance and onboarding support, plus a dedicated consultant throughout the placement
